A couple weeks ago Mike finally got his elk, on January 5th I believe, the camera's date is wrong! For anyone who may be wondering, it actually was completely legal for him to shoot this cow elk this time of year. (Thought I'd better clarify - you never know who might read this) He has his Master Hunter status so that he can hunt at other times than the general season when he's super busy with work. Anyhow, it's a huge praise for us because now the freezer is once again stuffed! He'd been waiting since August for this so as you can imagine he was pretty thrilled too!Tuesday, January 20, 2009
