Christmas Morning......and Santa!

This was the 2nd year we've been home for Christmas morning and it was so fun to wake up to and open presents around our tree. Both of the kids had kind of forgotten over night and came and crawled in bed with us for a bit, we actually had to remind them that Santa might have come!

M&M's now makes Christmas candy canes with fans on them!

I was so proud of my kiddos over the holiday season. Whenever anyone asked them what they wanted, they each only had one very modest response. Wyatt kept asking for a fire truck and Cora for a baby doll - nothing specific about either item - they just really hoped that those were the things they'd get for Christmas. You can imagine their excitement when Santa came through!

That being said, I don't think they had ANY idea that all of their relatives were planning to shower them with lots of presents, I didn't even realise that! I just really hope that next year they have the same reaction and don't have huge lists of requests, since that is never what I want them to think Christmas is about.
After the Santa gifts we did all of the presents from Mike's side of the family that had been sent to us. My children really do love clothes (but aren't picky yet!), the minute they opened these shirts they both had to model them!
