Science and Nature

Earlier this spring we took a little family outing to go "shed" hunting (looking for the antlers that elk loose early in the spring). Much to his suprise, Wyatt found one about 5 minutes after we got there! Wow, was he ever proud and so excited! After that we walked around, looking some more, but with the cold Eburg wind that didn't last so long.
So, we decided to break out the new kite! The kids had never flown one before, we had wind and open sky and daddy to get it out of the trees. :)
After that we took a little drive to see a beaver dam that Mike had seen while he was working (ahh the perks of being a "gamey's" wife!). Id' never seen one of those before, man are they hard little workers! Overall it was quite a cool day!
